Results & Usage
How quickly will I see results?
Results and the time needed to notice a change can vary between products and individuals. We do not promise a particular shade change or a fixed number of days. Follow the directions supplied with your product.
Can I use more than one Smile Dew product at a time?
Do not assume that different whitening products can be combined. Follow each product's directions and warnings. If the instructions do not explain whether products can be used together, contact us or ask your dentist before combining them.
How long do results last?
We do not promise a fixed duration for whitening results. Results vary between products and individuals. Follow the product's directions, including any limits on frequency or repeat use.
Sensitivity & Ingredients
Are Smile Dew products safe for sensitive teeth?
We cannot guarantee that a whitening product will be suitable for everyone with sensitive teeth. Check the product's directions and warnings, and ask your dentist before use if you have sensitivity or gum concerns.
What ingredients are in your whitening products?
Ingredients differ by product. Check the ingredient list on the packaging for the specific item. If you need ingredient information before buying, email support@smiledew.co.uk with the product name so we can help.
How often should I use each product?
Follow the frequency and duration stated in the directions supplied with each product. Do not assume that every whitening product is intended for daily use, and do not exceed the stated instructions. Contact us before use if the directions are missing or unclear.
Can I use Smile Dew products if I have veneers, crowns or fillings?
If you have veneers, crowns, fillings, bonding or other dental work, ask your dentist whether the specific whitening product is suitable before use. Do not assume it will change the colour of dental restorations or produce an even shade.
Shipping & Orders
How long does UK delivery take?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days and allow 2 working days for processing when calculating delivery estimates. Standard delivery takes an estimated 5–7 working days in total, and Express delivery takes an estimated 3–4 working days in total. These estimates include processing time. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on non-working days begin processing on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £50 and over. Standard delivery costs £4.99 on orders below £50. Express delivery costs £6.99 regardless of whether the order qualifies for free Standard delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not available at this time.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind offer covers unused items in their original, sealed condition and provides a refund of the product price. The 30-day period starts when your order arrives. This offer does not restrict your statutory cancellation rights or your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. How do I start a return?
Email support@smiledew.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. For a change-of-mind cancellation, clearly tell us that you wish to cancel; you do not need to give a reason. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, describe the problem. Return instructions and our postal returns address are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Our acknowledgement or approval is not required to exercise a valid statutory cancellation right.
